CIMA / CA will be advantageous.

- Grade 12 with Minimum E in English with Leadership Development Program or Trade Certificate with fifteen (15) Years relevant supervisory experience in experience in designing, maintaining and improving of Electrical/ Engineering infrastructure or cross functional at mining experience.

- A recognized bachelor’s degree (BSc, BEng or BTech) in Electrical /Power (Heavy Current) Engineering NQF Level 7. OR

- Knowledge of electrical software such as DigSILENT Power Factory, AutoCAD Electrical, FT Energy Metrix, Sepam or PLC related software will be an added advantage.
- Registration with the Engineering council will be an added advantage.
- For Degree Holders: Bachelor/BEng/ BTech degree: A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a mining electrical or heavy current environment with exposure in designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical systems and troubleshooting electrical systems and performing maintenance.
- For Diploma Holders: A minimum of Seven (7) years of experience in a mining electrical or heavy current environment with exposure in designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical systems and troubleshooting electrical systems and performing maintenance.
