- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in customer experience and logistics, with a strong background in customer service and a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a solid understanding of supply chain processes.

- Analytical and solution-oriented, with the ability to use logic and methods to solve complex problems effectively.

Solution Design Engineer
|
- At least 4 years’ experience in the design of fulfilment (b2b and b2c) solutions. Experience in Cold Storage and Transportation will be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree with preference for industrial engineering, operations, or logistics discipline
- Highly experienced in designing solutions for core warehousing and distribution focus verticals (retail, lifestyle, technology, FMCG and automotive)
- Highly competent in creating warehouse layouts and simulation models using CLASS and AutoCAD software
- Extremely skilled warehouse solution engineer with a deep understanding of making process changes on productivity and financials
- Exposure of working in warehouse or logistics operations including implementation or customer solution support is beneficial
- Innovative in reaching conclusions and making recommendations based on limited and/or ambiguous data
- Proficient in English both spoken and written

Lean Operations Associate (Japanese Speaker)
|
- Background in economics, business administration, supply chain, or operations, with a degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English and Japanese with the ability to interpret verbally and in writing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Learning agility – willingness and ability to learn from experience and apply that learning into practice.
- Passion for being part of change and enabling it.
