| Driver Trainer | Minimum of 15 years’ experience in commercial driving with a valid Class CE driver’s license, PDP, and Dangerous Goods certification. • Defensive Driving Certificate (mandatory). • Rigging Certificate (mandatory). • Proven experience in cross-border driving. • Prior experience transporting fuel and operating low-bed trucks. • Manual transmission truck experience, particularly with Chinese brands (FAW and Sino). • Previous driver training experience will be advantageous. • Excellent communication and instructional skills. • Strong knowledge of road safety and traffic laws. • Ability to assess and improve individual driver performance. • Good health, a strong work ethic, and a task-driven approach. • Adaptable and patient with diverse learner profiles. |
