Proven experience in fine dining restaurant with an international clientele. Strong expertise in creating diverse and appealing buffet menus tailored to different occasions. knowledge of gastronomy; preparing, cooking and presenting dishes. Strong understanding of food cost control and budget management Computer literate Certification in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) Knowledge of Micros, MC , EMC and Jarrison will be added advantage.	05 June 2025
Sous Chef Job	Diploma in Professional Cookery (NQF 6) Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Sous Chef in a 4* or 5* hotel/ Lodge kitchen operations. Computer literate Excellent knowledge of culinary arts and a passion for creating new and innovative dishes Experience in a fine dining restaurant with an international clientele. Experience in creating diverse and appealing buffet menus tailored to different occasions. Knowledge of Micros, MC, EMC and Jarrison will be added advantage. HACCP trained.	04 June 2025
Golden Ambassador Job	Diploma in Hospitality Management A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or a similar role, with proven experience in handling VIP guests, reception and night audit. Computer literate (MS Office/Office/Excel/PowerPoint) System knowledge on Micros/Opera Food and Beverage operations experience in 4*/5* Hotel will be an added advantage. Multilingual in foreign languages (German, French, Portuguese etc.) will be an added advantage. Drivers licence	04 June 2025
