- Minimum of 7 years’ service delivery management experience working within an IT Support/Managed Services environment
- Good communication skills and an excellent command of English language
- Strong customer focus with the ability to operate at all contact levels including senior manager/director level

| Relocate to Malta Project Manager |
- Minimum 7 years of experience delivering end to end projects (ideally in the ERP sector) for medium to large clients. Previous hands-on experience in ERP implementations will be considered an advantage;
- Professional accreditation in a recognized project delivery methodology such as Scrum Master Certification, Prince 2 or PMI. Candidates who completed such certification training will also be considered;

- Certification in TOGAF or Zachman Framework would be beneficial
- Knowledge of other Marketing products are desirable – Click Dimension or Adobe Marketing Cloud, D365 for Marketing etc.
- Graduate from a recognized University with majors in computational (Computer Science, Information Technology etc.) discipline
- Minimum of 15+ yrs of proven experience in implementing End-To-End Large scale solutions involving Dynamics CE(CRM)

| Relocate to Malta D365 Power Platform Technical Architect |
- A University graduate with relevant degree within a computing or business discipline;
- At least 8 – 12 years of IT experience. Must have Power Platform/Dynamic 365 expert level experience in the IT industry.

| Relocate to Malta Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Technical Architect |
- A University graduate with a relevant degree within a computing or business discipline.
- A Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Core Certification and a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Certification would be considered as an asset.

- Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
